Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in customer service or related field preferred
- Ability to communicate clearly and work well with others
- Capability to handle point-of-sale systems and cash
- State-mandated beverage service certification where applicable
- Availability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends

Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests and ensuring their needs are met
- Maintain knowledge of menu items and promote food and beverage offerings passionately
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently and accurately
- Practice safe food handling and awareness of food allergens
- Follow company policies and procedures consistently
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth and efficient service flow
- Hold a state-mandated beverage service certificate where applicable
