Job Requirements
- must be at least 16 years old
- be willing to obtain a Food Handler's Card if not already held
- have a friendly and approachable demeanor
- able to communicate effectively
- be able to stand for extended periods
- willing to work part-time hours
- able to follow safety and hygiene protocols
Job Qualifications
- a big smile, eagerness to learn, and compassion for residents
- proper schoolwork authorization if under 18
- must currently hold a Food Handler's Card or be willing to obtain one
- strong customer service presentation
Job Duties
- direct residents to their tables
- present menus
- suggest dishes and assist in drink selection
- communicate specific resident orders using point of sale system
- complete all dining room opening and closing duties as established by the community
