Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Must be able to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Must have good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to operate POS system
  • State-mandated beverage service certificate if applicable
  • Must adhere to company policies and food safety guidelines

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a customer service or restaurant environment is advantageous
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Job Duties

  • Work well as a team player in a fast-paced environment
  • Practice safe food handling procedures and be aware of food allergens
  • Follow company policies and procedures
  • Maintain knowledge of new and existing programs to support company goals
  • Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system quickly and accurately
  • Uphold cash handling procedures
  • Obtain and maintain state-mandated beverage service certificate where applicable
