Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of one year experience in hospitality full-service or senior living preferred
- effective verbal and written communication skills in English
- ability to work flexible schedules including AM and PM shifts
- ability to prepare and serve food in a timely manner
- ability to maintain cleanliness in food service areas
- ability to demonstrate good judgment and problem solving skills
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- prepare food items and serve food to residents within scheduled time frame
- clean and maintain food service areas including kitchen and dining room
- communicate effectively with residents and staff in English verbally and in writing
- demonstrate good judgment problem solving and decision-making skills
- uphold company mission by serving with kindness and integrity
- assist in maintaining a safe and welcoming dining environment
- support team efforts to enhance resident satisfaction
