Job Duties
- Greet all guests with a personal style and warm smile
- Provide personable, helpful, and efficient food service
- Operate point-of-sale system efficiently
- Memorize menu abbreviations and write accurate food and drink orders
- Maintain thorough knowledge of menu and bar items to respond accurately to guest inquiries
- Prepare and serve beverages according to quality and time standards
- Perform opening and closing duties including cleaning and food preparation
