Job Duties
- Deliver uncommon hospitality by knowing guests names and creating a memorable experience
- become an expert on all menu items, current promotions, beers on tap, and bar cocktails
- ask questions to find first time guests and make sure they are recognized by team
- interact professionally with all guests and coworkers in a friendly and considerate manner
- hold high standards for restaurant cleanliness and actively assist picking up trash
- support with opening, running, and closing cleaning/re-stocking duties
- share loyalty program with guests and coach on how to sign up
- support quick table turns through bussing and cleaning tables throughout the shift
- create a fun environment with a positive attitude and willingness to help the team
- run food and drinks to guests’ tables and offer refills and to-go supplies whenever needed
- help teammates out wherever possible
- learn something new everyday
