Job Qualifications
- Must have at least 1 year of restaurant experience and a passion for hospitality
- superior temperament, adaptable nature and superior communication skills
- food and beverage knowledge preferred
- the ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays
- must be able to serve alcohol
Job Duties
- Possess an innate desire to provide superior service and keep your guest experience at the forefront
- excellent communication skills
- demonstrate detailed knowledge of the menu, inform guests of food preparation details and promote specials
- prepare and clear tables, serve food and drinks
- always deliver an experience of warm relaxed hospitality
- demonstrate superior organizational skills and keen attention to detail
- support all Tom's team members
- ability to perform objectives in a timely and efficient manner with a focus on quality, while always maintaining an environment of hospitality
- promote and embrace the restaurant's community and culture by demonstrating respect, positive energy, dependability, honesty, initiative, an outgoing nature and a pleasant, professional appearance
- greet guests, escort them to their tables and assist with all inquiries as needed
- must be able to think on your toes, to make adjustments and decisions quickly, and always prioritize the guest experience
