Job Duties
- Make recommendations or share additional information upon request
- Take and serve food and drinks orders and up-sell any additional products
- Attend to the tables and guarantee compliance with cleanliness standards
- Check the quality of the final servings and resolve any issues
- Deliver checks and accept payment
- Arrange table settings and maintain tables clean and tidy
- Follow all relevant health department rules and regulations and all customer service guidelines
- Work with other staff as a team
- Work diligently to achieve outstanding service quality
