Job Requirements

must be at least 18 years of age
ability to work days, nights, and/or weekends as required
ability to work in noisy, fast paced environment
ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
ability to stand or walk 100 percent of shift
frequent reaching, bending, and stooping
ability to read and write handwritten notes
adherence to dress code
physical stamina to perform duties
ability to communicate in English
ability to operate credit card machines and point of sale systems

Job Qualifications

high school diploma or equivalent preferred
prior experience in food service or hospitality is advantageous but not required
ability to operate point of sale systems such as Micros
strong communication skills in English
ability to work in a fast paced, noisy, and distracting environment
good interpersonal skills to create a warm and fun atmosphere
basic math skills for cash handling
ability to stand and walk for extended periods
ability to follow procedures related to sanitation and alcohol awareness
team-oriented attitude
willingness to participate in sales promotions and contests

Job Duties

deliver an unparalleled guest experience through the best combination of food, drinks and games in an ideal environment for celebrating all out fun
keep immediate supervisor promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance, taking prompt corrective action or suggesting alternatives
create a warm, fun atmosphere for guests and team members
adhere to company sanitation procedures
maintain responsibility for personal bank and ensure all financial transactions are accurate by operating credit card machines correctly, calculating and returning appropriate change and maintaining adequate cash and coin
follow alcohol awareness procedures to prevent intoxication and deal with intoxicated guests
assess guest demeanor and identify when behavior should be called to manager's attention
greet newly seated guests in a friendly and timely manner
accurately take guests' food and drink orders
maintain thorough understanding of all menu items and answer guest questions
enter orders into Micros quickly and correctly
ensure food is properly garnished and delivered to designated tables
work quickly and efficiently adhering to 'full hands in, full hands out' philosophy
assist in party set up and breakdown
bus and reset tables as needed
assist other team members as needed
complete all sales on personal Micros keys and station side work at shift start and end
participate in incentives and contests to drive sales and promote brand
follow portion guidelines ensuring cost control and guest experience
ensure ongoing guest satisfaction through timely responses and station cleanliness
maintain favorable working relationships with team members
communicate effectively with guests to generate enthusiasm about the D&B experience
demonstrate ability to operate Micros and accurately conduct credit card transactions and money accounting
communicate with guests and team members verbally and via Micros
adhere to dress code and maintain neat, clean, professional appearance
be at least 18 years old
