Job Duties

  • Ensuring the guest dining experience is enjoyable, well-timed, and pleasant
  • Providing a professional and inviting attitude when interacting with guests and employees
  • Helping guests select menu items by explaining food and bar menus, recommending cocktails, suggesting courses, and identifying wines
  • Answering all food and beverage preparation questions thoroughly
  • Making management aware of any special accommodations such as food allergies prior to reporting to the kitchen
  • Maintaining the cleanliness of tables and dining areas around guests
  • Completing opening, running, and closing side work related to job duties
