Job Duties
- Ensuring the guest dining experience is enjoyable, well-timed, and pleasant
- Providing a professional and inviting attitude when interacting with guests and employees
- Helping guests select menu items by explaining food and bar menus, recommending cocktails, suggesting courses, and identifying wines
- Answering all food and beverage preparation questions thoroughly
- Making management aware of any special accommodations such as food allergies prior to reporting to the kitchen
- Maintaining the cleanliness of tables and dining areas around guests
- Completing opening, running, and closing side work related to job duties
