Job Requirements

  • must be at least 18 years of age
  • able to read and communicate in English
  • able to work days, nights and/or weekends as required
  • able to work in noisy, fast paced environment with distracting conditions
  • able to read and write handwritten notes
  • able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
  • able to move about facility and stand for long periods of time
  • able to walk or stand 100% of shift
  • able to reach, bend and stoop frequently

Job Qualifications

  • must be at least 18 years of age
  • able to read and communicate in English
  • skilled in operating Micros point of sale system
  • ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
  • ability to follow sanitation and alcohol awareness procedures
  • able to work in a fast-paced, noisy environment
  • capable of lifting and carrying up to 30 pounds
  • able to stand and walk 100% of the shift
  • team player with a cooperative and positive attitude
  • previous experience in hospitality or food service preferred but not required

Job Duties

  • deliver an unparalleled guest experience through the best combination of food, drinks and games in an ideal environment for celebrating all out fun
  • keep immediate supervisor promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance
  • create a warm, fun atmosphere for guests and team members
  • adhere to company’s sanitation procedures
  • maintain responsibility for personal bank and ensure all financial transactions are accurate
  • follow alcohol awareness procedures for preventing intoxication and dealing with intoxicated guests
  • assess guest demeanor and identify when behavior should be called to the attention of a manager
  • greet newly seated guests in a friendly and timely manner
  • accurately take guests’ food and drink orders
  • maintain a thorough understanding of all menu items and answer questions regarding food and drink items and their preparation
  • enter orders into Micros quickly and in proper sequence, using appropriate modifications and charges
  • ensure food is properly garnished and deliver trays to designated table server’s own section and other sections as needed
  • work quickly and efficiently adhering to "Full hands in, Full hands out" philosophy
  • assist in party set up and breakdown
  • buss and reset tables as needed
  • assist other team members as needed or as business dictates
  • be responsible for all sales on personal Micros keys and complete station side work at the beginning and end of their shift
  • participate in all incentives and contests, driving sales and promoting the brand
  • follow portion guidelines to ensure cost control while maximizing guest experience
  • ensure ongoing guest satisfaction by checking back after delivery of food, maintaining drink levels, removing clutter, pre-bussing as necessary, and responding to guest needs in a timely manner
  • keep station clean, set up and take down station tables appropriately
  • maintain a favorable working relationship with all other company team members to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious working climate and help keep high morale, productivity and efficiency/effectiveness
  • be skilled in effectively communicating with guests to generate enthusiasm about the D&B experience
  • demonstrate ability to operate Micros, make changes, accurately conduct credit card transactions, and account for all monies at the end of each shift
  • be able to read and communicate in English
  • listen to hear guests’ orders and needs and communicate with guests verbally and with other team members verbally via Micros system
  • dress in proper dress code requirements, looking neat, clean and professional at all times
  • be at least 18 years of age
