Job Requirements

Must have a Food Handler certification
Must have a TABC certification
Fine dining experience preferred
No exposed tattoos or piercings

Job Duties

Check station before, during, and after shift for proper set-up and cleanliness
Greet members promptly and in a friendly and courteous manner
Address the member by name whenever possible
Know and be able to recite specials and/or restaurant promotions to create member awareness
Record food and beverage orders from the members accurately, repeating information back to the member to ensure proper order was taken and making suggestions for beverage and food course upsells
Record orders into POS system accurately, and in a timely manner
Check completed orders for accuracy prior to serving
Deliver food promptly, serve hot food hot, and cold food cold
Include appropriate condiments
Replenish beverages as necessary and check with members for overall satisfaction
Promptly present member check and obtain appropriate signatures
Assist bar, men's grill, dining room, and other areas in running food to ensure timely delivery
Perform all assigned side work including replenishing condiments, restocking side tables, folding napkins, set-up and breakdown of dining and banquet events, equipment and furniture upkeep and transportation, outdoor set-up including cushion removal, cleanliness, and décor positioning
Perform any general cleaning tasks using standard cleaning products as assigned to adhere to health standards
Complete other duties as assigned by supervisor, including cross training
Work varying schedules, weekends, holidays, and overtime to reflect the business needs of the club
Take a minimum of 10 covers at one time if needed
Carry and/or lift trays, glassware, and tray stand weighing 10-20 lbs
Wear shoes that are both slip and oil resistant at all times
