Job Requirements

  • Must meet the minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
  • ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
  • capable of standing for 8 to 12 hour shifts
  • ability to work as part of a team with attention to detail and multitasking ability

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in a server or customer service role preferred
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail

  • basic math skills for handling payments

Job Duties

  • Welcome customers with a smile when seated
  • suggest sales of drinks, appetizers, and desserts
  • accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system
  • promptly pick up and deliver food orders
  • ensure customers are well attended by offering beverage refills and clearing unused items
  • deliver and settle the bill promptly, thank customers and invite them to return
  • follow all food safety regulations
