- ability to work days, nights, and/or weekends as required
- capacity to work in noisy, fast-paced environment
- ability to read and write handwritten notes
- ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds

- frequent reaching, bending, and stooping

Job Duties
- deliver an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks, and games
- keep immediate supervisor informed of problems or unusual matters
- create a warm, fun atmosphere for guests and team members
- adhere to company sanitation procedures
- maintain personal bank and ensure accurate financial transactions
- follow alcohol awareness procedures
- assess guest demeanor and notify management if necessary
- greet newly seated guests promptly
- take guests' food and drink orders accurately
- maintain thorough understanding of menu items
- enter orders into Micros system quickly and correctly
- ensure food is properly garnished and delivered
- work efficiently with "full hands in, full hands out" philosophy
- assist in party setup and breakdown
- bus and reset tables as needed
- assist team members as needed
- be responsible for sales on personal Micros keys and complete station side work
- participate in incentives and contests to promote sales and brand
- follow portion guidelines for cost control and guest satisfaction
- ensure ongoing guest satisfaction through attentive service
- keep station clean and organized
- maintain cooperative working relationships with team members
- communicate effectively with guests to enhance the Dave & Buster's experience
- operate Micros for transactions and money accounting
- communicate in English
- dress in proper dress code and maintain professional appearance
- be at least 18 years old
