Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in a customer service role preferred
  • Ability to stand for long periods and carry items including trays
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Ability to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Basic math skills for handling payments
  • Friendly and approachable demeanor

Job Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred
  • Ability to multitask and handle fast-paced environments
  • Knowledge of point of sale systems

Job Duties

  • Efficiently managing assigned table section including the pace and experience of each guest following hospitality standards
  • Making memorable first and last impressions
  • Proper use of all point of sale equipment
  • Using food and beverage menu knowledge to share favorites and provide recommendations
  • Anticipating needs, processing guests orders, and taking payment in a hospitable, timely manner
