Job Requirements
- Minimum of 15 years of age
- ability to work weekday day shifts from 6:30 AM to 11:00 AM
- dependable and punctual
- capable of standing for extended periods
- good interpersonal skills
- commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety standards
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 15 years of age
- experience in customer service or dining room service preferred
- ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- excellent communication skills
- basic knowledge of food safety and sanitary procedures
Job Duties
- Meet with the kitchen staff and director daily to review the menu and daily specials
- perform assigned food preparation duties such as brewing coffee and pouring juices
- use correct serving techniques by serving from right and clearing from left
- clear and wash tables after residents finish their meals using proper procedures
- prepare tables for the next meal service
- maintain a clean work and dining area at all times
- complete general cleaning assignments posted in the kitchen
