Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 0-2 years related experience
- Strong knowledge of commonly used restaurant concepts and practices
- Dependability and exceptional teamwork skills
- Ability to stand for long periods and handle physical demands such as lifting up to 50 pounds
- Ability to operate food prep equipment safely
- Good communication skills
- Ability to follow safety and sanitation procedures
- Willingness to perform side work and assist teammates
- Must comply with CDC, local, and state safety guidelines

Job Duties
- Take guest orders utilizing menu knowledge and situational selling techniques
- Serve food and beverages promptly ensuring proper preparation and timely delivery
- Communicate professionally with guests to determine their needs and assist with menu selections
- Explain new promotions and provide accurate product information
- Demonstrate knowledge of menu items and maintain company standards for quality food
- Input orders accurately into the POS system
- Pre-bus tables and assist with side work as needed
- Practice safe food and beverage handling and keep work areas clean
- Safely operate food prep equipment like knives, coffee maker, iced tea machine
- Handle guest complaints effectively and involve management when appropriate
- Communicate and interact with guests to manage crowd and put guests at ease
- Assist in other job categories as required
- Perform all other assigned duties
