Job Duties
- Ensures guest satisfaction and promotes return visits by following the Eight Steps of Service
- Practices positive public relations through ensuring the restaurant is welcoming and inclusive
- Anticipates and responds to guests’ needs to enhance their experience
- Demonstrates enthusiasm and thorough knowledge of menu items and promotions
- Collaborates with other Servers to maintain outstanding guest service
- Accurately processes guest orders and ensures receipts match the number of guests
- Performs opening, closing, and side work duties
- Reports equipment and facility issues to the Manager
- Maintains cleanliness and adheres to local health department laws
- Follows safe work practices to ensure personal and co-worker safety
