Job Duties

  • Ensures guest satisfaction and promotes return visits by following the Eight Steps of Service
  • Practices positive public relations through ensuring the restaurant is welcoming and inclusive
  • Anticipates and responds to guests’ needs to enhance their experience
  • Demonstrates enthusiasm and thorough knowledge of menu items and promotions
  • Collaborates with other Servers to maintain outstanding guest service
  • Accurately processes guest orders and ensures receipts match the number of guests
  • Performs opening, closing, and side work duties
  • Reports equipment and facility issues to the Manager
  • Maintains cleanliness and adheres to local health department laws
  • Follows safe work practices to ensure personal and co-worker safety
