Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • possess or ability to obtain state-mandated beverage service certificate where applicable
  • legal authorization to work in the United States
  • adhere to food safety and handling regulations

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is beneficial but not required
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • passion for food and guest service
  • knowledge of food safety standards is a plus
  • ability to obtain state-mandated beverage service certificate where required

Job Duties

  • work efficiently as a team player in a fast-paced environment
  • practice safe food handling procedures and maintain food allergen awareness
  • follow all company policies and procedures
  • maintain knowledge of new and existing programs to support company goals
  • operate the point-of-sale system quickly and accurately
