Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to stay calm and problem-solve under pressure
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Ability to work an average of 30 hours per week for health insurance eligibility

Job Duties
- Greet guests immediately and guide them through the menus while demonstrating genuine hospitality
- Provide friendly and attentive service that makes guests feel well taken care of and encourages return visits
- Accurately record food orders ensuring each guest's meal is prepared to their exact specifications
- Ensure all food and beverages are served promptly, garnished correctly, and meet Ruth's Chris standard of excellence
- Demonstrate a guest-first mindset by prioritizing the guest experience
- Effectively communicate with guests and other team members
- Stay calm under pressure and demonstrate problem-solving skills
