Job Requirements
- Must be of legal age according to state regulations to serve alcohol
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, and crouch for long periods
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds occasionally
- Willingness to work long hours, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to pass team certification yearly
- No supervisory responsibilities
- Maintain high standards of personal hygiene and grooming
- Ability to interact with guests in a hospitable manner
Job Qualifications
- Prior server experience
- Knowledge of restaurant food and beverage preparation
- Ability to sell alcohol and food items responsibly
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Job Duties
- Sell and serve food and drinks in a professional manner
- Pass team certification yearly
- Serve three to four tables as determined by management
- Have complete knowledge of restaurant’s food and beverage preparation
- Sell alcohol and food items responsibly
- Use a computer to ring orders
- Interact with guests in a friendly, fast, and hospitable manner
- Accept different types of payment and make change
- Maintain cleanliness and smooth operation of the restaurant through side-work
- Clear and reset tables
- Check identification of guests to ensure legal age to consume alcoholic beverages
- Observe guests consuming alcohol and offer taxi if necessary
- Treat all guests to ensure complete satisfaction
- Report to work in a neat and clean uniform with well-groomed hair and personal hygiene
