Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one year relevant experience in hospitality, full-service dining, or senior living
- Effective communication skills in English
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Ability to work scheduled shifts including part-time Friday 6am-2pm and full-time Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 11am-7pm
- Reliable and punctual
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- At least one year of relevant experience in hospitality, full-service dining, or senior living preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Customer service oriented with a compassionate approach
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment
Job Duties
- Serve food and beverages to residents promptly and courteously
- Communicate effectively with residents and staff in English, both verbally and in writing
- Prepare food items according to scheduled service times
- Maintain cleanliness of food service areas including kitchen and dining room
- Demonstrate good judgment, problem solving, and decision-making skills
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards
- Support a positive and welcoming environment for seniors
