Job Requirements
- Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to bend, reach, crouch, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- Capacity to stand for 8 to 12-hour shifts
- Ability to work in a team environment with attention to detail and multitasking skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work well in a team and multitask effectively
- Previous experience in food service is a plus
- Basic math skills for handling payments
- Familiarity with POS systems is preferred
Job Duties
- Greet customers and welcome them with a smile when seated
- Suggest and upsell drinks, appetizers, and desserts
- Take accurate food and drink orders and enter them properly into the POS system
- Retrieve and deliver food orders promptly
- Ensure the customer is well attended, offer refills, and clear unused items
- Deliver and settle the bill promptly, thank customers and invite them to return
- Follow all food safety regulations
