- Previous experience working in a full service, high volume establishment
- Ability to be on your feet and alert for extended periods of time
- Continuous use of hands, arms, bending, reaching, and twisting
- Ability to carry 35 pounds as needed
- Ability to carry trays as needed
- Reliable transportation required

Job Duties
- Be friendly, happy, upbeat, outgoing and positive
- Be observant and responsive, alert to Guests' needs
- Use excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Multitask effectively in a fast paced environment
- Learn and use both typical POS and handheld POS devices
- Work effectively within a team
- Participate in dining room setting including décor, condiments and service plates
- Assist Guests in food and beverage selections, suggesting courses, explaining specialties and answering questions
- Adhere to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies
