Job Requirements
- Must meet state minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages
- at least 6 months of related serving experience
- ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic and outgoing manner
- ability to lift and/or move up to 20 lbs
- ability to walk, bend, twist, and stand to perform normal job functions
- ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence and policy documents
- ability to converse comfortably with customers
- frequently immerses hands in water and water diluted with chemical solutions
Job Qualifications

- work experience in high volume or fast casual dining restaurant environment preferred
- demonstrates ability to interact with public and coworkers in friendly, enthusiastic and outgoing manner

- comfortable conversing with customers
Job Duties
- Takes food and beverage orders
- enters orders quickly and in proper sequence
- serves food and beverages to guests in their section as well as other sections
- coordinates with kitchen to ensure timely service and quality of food
- provides the highest quality of service to the customer at all times
- maintains table appearance by pre-bussing and checking drink levels
- presents check for payment and provides change as needed
- keeps station clean
- follows customer service, adult beverage and cash handling policies and procedures
- sets up and takes down station tables appropriately
