Job Duties
- Take guest orders
- fulfill guest requests
- carry hot and cold plates to guests
- lift and carry trays with drinks
- pre-bus tables by removing plates, glassware, silverware, and garbage
- process payments
- make change
- perform light cleaning
- interact professionally with guests
- complete side work
- take garbage and recycling to dumpster if applicable
- sweep floors
- perform other restaurant duties as assigned
- conduct restroom checks
- keep restaurant in like new condition during and after every shift
- have superior knowledge of food, drinks, standards, and expectations
