  • able to work long hours including weekends and holidays

  • prior restaurant experience preferred

Job Duties

  • pass all server tests
  • have complete knowledge of food and beverage preparation
  • serve multiple tables at a time as determined by management
  • sell alcohol and food items
  • use a computer to ring orders on a check
  • interact with guests in a friendly and fast manner
  • accept different types of payment and make change
  • maintain specific side-work and ensure the total cleanliness and smooth operation of the restaurant
  • clear and reset tables
  • check identification to ensure legal age for alcohol consumption
  • observe guest behavior when consuming alcohol and offer a taxi if needed
  • treat all guests to ensure complete satisfaction and strive to exceed their expectations
  • report to work in a neat and clean uniform with well-groomed hair and personal hygiene
  • perform opening and closing duties efficiently

  • carry and deliver food and drinks to customers
