Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Previous restaurant experience is optional but preferred
  • Ability to read and understand simple instructions
  • Ability to write simple correspondence
  • Ability to add and subtract two and three-digit numbers using American money
  • Must have exceptional hygiene and grooming habits
  • Food Handler Certification is required
  • TABC Certification is required

Job Duties

  • Welcome and greet guests
  • Make guests feel comfortable and show care
  • Answer questions about food, beverages, and restaurant services
  • Take and enter food and beverage orders into point-of-sale system
  • Deliver food and beverages promptly
  • Prepare final bill, present check to guest, accept payment, and process credit card charges or change
  • Perform side work as required at the start and end of shifts
  • Monitor guests' dining experience to ensure satisfaction
  • Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests
  • Communicate guest feedback to managers
  • Assist fellow servers when needed
  • Work 1-2 Food Runner shifts per week
  • Attend all scheduled team member meetings
