Job Requirements

Must meet the minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
Capacity to stand for 8 to 12 hour shifts
Ability to work as part of a team with attention to detail and multitasking ability

Previous experience in a customer service or server role

Job Duties

Greet customers and welcome them with a smile when seated
Suggest sales of drinks, appetizers, and desserts
Accurately take food and drink orders and enter them correctly in the POS system
Collect and deliver food orders in a timely manner
Ensure customer satisfaction by offering drink refills and clearing unused items
Deliver and settle the bill promptly, thank customers and invite them to return
Follow all food safety regulations
