Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while keeping a positive attitude
- Reliable with punctuality and dependability
- Able to stand and walk for extended periods
- Able to lift up to 25 lbs
- Willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Successful completion of background check and/or CORI screening
- Strong communication skills
- Passion for guest service and hospitality
Job Qualifications
- Previous serving or hospitality experience is a plus but not required
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Ability to juggle priorities and stay organized during busy shifts
- Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Punctual, dependable, and committed to teamwork
- Comfortable standing and walking for long periods and lifting up to 25 lbs
- A genuine passion for creating memorable experiences every time
- Employment contingent upon successfully completing a background check and/or CORI screening
Job Duties
- Deliver friendly, professional service that keeps guests coming back
- Take accurate food and beverage orders with confidence and enthusiasm
- Share menu knowledge—ingredients, allergens, and recommendations
- Stay on top of our menu and specials to guide guests’ choices
- Clear and reset tables quickly for the next group
- Support teammates by running food, refilling drinks, and pre-bussing—even beyond your section
- Assist with private parties and corporate events
- Handle sidework such as restocking, cleaning, and setting up stations
- Be proactive—jump in to seat guests, answer phones, or help wherever needed
- Communicate clearly with team members and managers to keep shifts smooth
- Stay aware of everything happening throughout the center to ensure a top-notch guest experience
