Job Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older to serve alcohol based on state regulations
Flexible availability to work a variety of shifts
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Reliable transportation to and from work
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Alcohol certification and Serve Safe certification are a plus

Job Qualifications

Previous experience as a server preferred but not required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to provide attentive and friendly customer service
Knowledge of food and beverage menus is a plus
Ability to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
High school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties

Deliver genuine hospitality and exceptional dining experiences by guiding guests through the menu
Demonstrate thorough knowledge of all food and beverage offerings
Provide timely, attentive, fun, and friendly service to guests
Create positive first impressions to build guest loyalty
Collaborate as a team player with a can-do attitude to ensure 100% guest satisfaction
Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas
Assist with order taking and processing payments efficiently
