Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older to serve alcohol based on state regulations
- Flexible to work a variety of shifts
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work as part of a team
- Must comply with all health and safety regulations
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous server experience preferred but not required
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage menus
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Positive attitude and strong customer service skills
- Alcohol certification and Serve Safe certification a plus
Job Duties
- Deliver genuine hospitality and an exceptional dining experience by guiding guests through the menu while demonstrating knowledge of food and beverage offerings
- Provide timely, attentive, fun and friendly service to ensure guests feel valued and well cared for
- Create positive first impressions that build loyalty in return guests
- Work as a team player with a can-do attitude to deliver 100 percent guest satisfaction
- Assist co-workers and maintain a friendly and thoughtful interaction with all staff
- Take and serve guest orders accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
