Job Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older to serve alcohol based on state regulations
Alcohol certification and Serve Safe certification a plus
Ability to work flexible shifts
Reliable and punctual
Ability to stand for extended periods
Must be able to interact professionally with guests and team members

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience as a server preferred but not required
Knowledge of food and beverage menus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
Customer service oriented with a friendly demeanor
Team player with a positive attitude

Job Duties

Deliver genuine hospitality and an exceptional dining experience by guiding guests through the menu while demonstrating thorough knowledge of food and beverage offerings
Take pride in providing timely, attentive, fun and friendly service to ensure guests feel valued and well cared for
Create positive first impressions that build loyalty among returning guests
Be a team player with a can-do attitude to deliver 100 percent guest satisfaction
Collaborate effectively with co-workers to maintain a positive work environment
Assist with maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area
Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally
