Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- legally eligible to work in the United States
- able to stand and walk for extended periods
- must have good communication skills
- ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- able to handle cash and operate a POS system
- obtain state-mandated beverage service certificate if required
- physically capable of performing job duties including lifting and carrying items
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous restaurant or customer service experience is an advantage
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- strong attention to detail
- knowledge of food safety and allergen protocols
- must be able to obtain and maintain state-required beverage service certification where applicable
Job Duties
- practice safe food handling procedures with awareness of food allergens including taking proper steps
- follow company policies and procedures diligently
- operate point-of-sale (POS) system quickly and accurately
- uphold cash handling procedures
- provide attentive and friendly service to guests ensuring a memorable dining experience
- collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and efficient work environment
- hold and maintain state-mandated beverage service certificate where applicable
