Job Requirements

  • Minimum one year experience in high-volume, upscale dining
  • confident and knowledgeable about food, wine, spirits, and cocktails
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Job Qualifications

  • Experienced in high-volume, upscale dining (minimum 1+ year preferred)
  • knowledgeable and confident discussing food, wine, spirits, and cocktails
  • detail-oriented, proactive, and works with a sense of urgency
  • strong communicator with a polished and professional demeanor

Job Duties

  • Greet guests promptly with warmth and professionalism
  • guide guests through the menu with detailed knowledge of dishes, beverages, and specials
  • take accurate food and beverage orders and input them into the POS system efficiently
  • deliver food and drinks in a timely, attentive manner
  • monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to guest needs and concerns
  • collaborate with team members (bartenders, kitchen staff, server assistants) to ensure seamless service
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned sections and service areas
  • handle payments accurately and process checks using the POS system
  • adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
  • uphold the standards of service and hospitality expected in a fine dining environment
