Job Duties
- Greet guests promptly, professionally, and warmly using guest names when known
- Deliver attentive, anticipatory, and personalized service aligned with Mirbeau and Forbes standards
- Maintain complete knowledge of menu items including ingredients, dietary accommodations, and preparation methods
- Communicate guest special requests, allergies, and dietary needs to kitchen and management
- Assist Dining Assistants and team members with table setting, pre-bussing, and maintaining cleanliness
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene policies
- Process guest checks and payments accurately using POS system
- Complete side work during and after shifts including restocking and cleaning
- Represent Mirbeau brand with professionalism and polished appearance
- Remain composed and organized during high-volume service periods
- Support team members during busy times and maintain respectful communication
- Attend pre-shift meetings and tastings to stay informed on menu offerings
- Report any intoxicated or disruptive guests to management immediately
- Follow shift-end procedures including cash-out and reporting
- Seek continuous improvement through guest feedback and leadership training
