Job Requirements

able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
physically able to stand and walk for extended periods
must be at least 18 years old
demonstrate dependable and punctual work habits
willingness to adhere to health and safety standards
authorized to work in the country
good communication skills

Job Qualifications

high school diploma or equivalent preferred
prior experience in a customer service or restaurant server role is advantageous but not required
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
positive attitude and willingness to learn
basic math skills for handling transactions

Job Duties

greet and seat guests with a friendly and approachable demeanor
take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff
ensure guest satisfaction by checking in and responding promptly to requests
maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all guest areas and touch points
process payments and handle cash and credit transactions accurately
create a warm and welcoming dining experience to encourage repeat visits
work collaboratively with team members to support efficient restaurant operations
