Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 0-2 years related experience in a restaurant or customer service role
- ability to stand and walk for long periods
- ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- excellent communication skills
- ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- basic computer skills
- able to work flexible hours including early shifts
- ability to maintain company food safety and cleanliness standards

Job Duties
- Takes guest orders utilizing menu knowledge and situational selling techniques
- serves food and beverages promptly ensuring items are prepared properly and meet company standards
- communicates professionally with guests to determine needs and assist with menu selections
- informs guests of new promotions and product information
- demonstrates detailed menu knowledge by describing food items accurately
- inputs orders accurately into the POS system
- pre-bus tables and assists with side work as needed
- practices safe food and beverage handling and maintains cleanliness
- safely handles food prep equipment
- effectively handles guest complaints and escalates to management when necessary
- communicates and interacts with guests to ensure a positive dining experience
- assists in other job categories as assigned
- performs all other duties as assigned
