Job Requirements
- Minimum completion of sophomore year in high school
- Experience in food service work preferred
- Experience working with seniors preferred
- Food Handlers certification
- Ability to stand or walk for 100% of the workday
- Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds independently
- Ability to push and pull carts weighing up to 50 pounds independently
- Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and balance frequently
- Ability to see, hear, and speak
- Willingness to work full time from 11:00 am to 8:30 pm
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Exemplify community standards of cleanliness, sanitation and organization at all times
- Adhere to food quality, appearance, and presentation standards at all times
- Maintain dining room appearance and presentation standards consistently
- Exhibit serving standards of speed, accuracy, and efficiency
- Set tables and maintain workstations in proper order
- Take orders, provide service and requested items graciously and courteously
- Answer questions about menu items
- Clear dishes from tables during and after meal service
- Assist with dishwashing and reset tables
- Serve customers using proper serving etiquette and promote an inviting dining atmosphere
- Knowledgeably serve diets per Policy and Procedure
- Represent community in a warm and inviting manner to create a positive marketing environment
- Support a culture that drives top-line revenue and occupancy
