Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role preferred
- Ability to communicate clearly and politely with guests
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Must comply with local health and safety regulations
- Legal authorization to work in the United States

- Previous experience as a server or in customer service is advantageous

Job Duties
- Ensure guest satisfaction and promote return visits by following the Eight Steps of Service
- Practice positive public relations by ensuring the restaurant is welcoming and inclusive
- Be aware of guests' needs and work to make their experience pleasurable
- Show enthusiasm and knowledge about new products and special promotions
- Promote teamwork by assisting other servers to ensure outstanding guest service
- Understand product specifications and verify guests' receipts match the number of guests in the party
- Perform opening, closing procedures and side work duties
- Report equipment and facility problems to the manager
- Follow correct table bussing procedures
- Follow safe work practices to ensure personal and coworker safety
- Perform duty roster and meet cleanliness, service, and quality standards
- Follow local health department laws
