Job Duties
- make recommendations or share additional information upon request
- take and serve food or drinks orders and up-sell any additional products
- attend to the tables and guarantee compliance with cleanliness standards
- check the quality of the final servings and resolve any issues
- deliver checks and accept payment
- arrange table settings and maintain tables clean and tidy
- follow all relevant health department rules and regulations and all customer service guidelines
- work diligently to achieve outstanding service quality
