Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to stand and walk for entire shift
- Ability to lift, push, carry, and transfer up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 0-2 years of experience in a restaurant or customer service role
- Excellent guest service skills and experience
- Ability to identify and resolve issues promptly
- Detail oriented with strong multitasking ability
- Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Proficiency with POS systems
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Job Duties
- Takes guest orders utilizing menu knowledge and situational selling techniques
- Serves food and beverages to the guests promptly ensuring all items are prepared properly and delivered following company standards
- Communicates professionally with guests to determine their needs and assist with menu selections
- Communicates new promotions and product information to guests
- Demonstrates knowledge of menu items by accurately describing food items and maintaining quality standards
- Inputs orders accurately into the POS system
- Pre-bus tables and assist with approved side work
- Practices safe food and beverage handling and ensures cleanliness
- Safely operates food prep equipment such as knives, coffee maker, and iced tea machine
- Effectively handles guest complaints and involves management when necessary
- Manages guest interactions patiently and professionally even during busy periods
- Assists in other job categories as assigned
- Performs all other duties as required
