Job Duties
- Greet guests promptly with warmth and professionalism
- Guide guests through the menu with detailed knowledge of dishes, beverages, and specials
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and input them into the POS system efficiently
- Deliver food and drinks in a timely, attentive manner
- Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to guest needs and concerns
- Collaborate with team members (bartenders, kitchen staff, server assistants) to ensure seamless service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned sections and service areas
- Handle payments accurately and process checks using the POS system
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
- Uphold the standards of service and hospitality expected in a fine dining environment
