Job Requirements

  • must be of legal age to serve and sell alcohol where applicable
  • completion or progress towards cast certification required
  • completion of all legally mandated state or local training
  • obtain required permits and licenses for alcohol serving
  • good public speaking skills

  • ability to perform accurate mathematical calculations

Job Qualifications

  • completion or progress towards completion of cast certification program as a cast member and concessionist

Job Duties

  • regular and consistent attendance
  • sell alcohol legally with all required training, permits and licenses
  • adhere to all laws and obligations regarding alcohol serving
  • promote coupons and ongoing promotions
  • promote Regal Crown Club program
  • enforce MPAA rating system
  • deliver exceptional guest service
  • handle all monies and merchandise accurately
  • operate, prepare and clean concession equipment
  • use concession storerooms properly
  • comply with MSDS cleaning protocols
  • follow concession opening, closing and in-between show procedures
  • execute emergency, evacuation and robbery procedures
  • utilize excellent sales techniques including up selling and suggestive selling
  • follow counterfeit bill procedures
  • comply with local, state and federal food safety laws
  • abide by dress code
  • ensure guest satisfaction by greeting and thanking guests
  • maintain accuracy of cash drawers, inventory, and coupons
  • operate popper correctly and follow emergency procedures
  • comply with federal and state laws for breaks and meal periods
  • complete cast certification and concessionist training progress
  • understand training materials on sexual harassment and discrimination
