Job Requirements
- Be of legal age to serve and sell alcohol where applicable
- Completion of all required training and certification for alcohol service
- Ability to perform required physical duties including standing, walking, lifting up to 60 pounds
- Possess close, distance, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus
- Understand and comply with federal, state and local laws and company policies
- Demonstrate consistent and dependable attendance
- Ability to handle cash and transactions accurately
- Ability to follow emergency and safety procedures
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Capable of working flexible hours including nights and weekends
Job Qualifications
- Completion of cast certification program as cast member and concessionist or progress towards completion
- Responsible for completing legally required state or local training and required certificates
- Completion of Regal Responsible Beverage Server training
- Good public speaking skills
- Effective listening and clear responding abilities
- Capable of performing accurate calculations
- Problem solving and decision making skills
- Ability to perform under pressure
- Excellent communication with customers, co-workers and management
- Ability to set goals, budget time and prioritize tasks
Job Duties
- Regular and consistent attendance
- Serve guests at the concession stand including alcohol sales where applicable
- Adhere to all laws and legal obligations for serving alcohol
- Promote and explain all coupons, promotions and the Regal Crown Club Program
- Enforce the MPAA rating system
- Provide exceptional guest service
- Handle cash, merchandise, and inventory accurately
- Operate and clean concession equipment
- Use concession storerooms and cleaning materials properly per MSDS guidelines
- Follow concession opening, closing, and in-between show procedures
- Execute emergency, evacuation and robbery procedures
- Apply excellent sales techniques including up selling and suggestive selling
- Identify and manage counterfeit bill procedures
- Comply with food safety regulations
- Enforce dress code
- Ensure guest satisfaction with friendly greetings and thank-yous
- Maintain cash drawer, inventory, and coupon accuracy
- Operate popcorn machines correctly and manage emergency protocols
- Comply with laws regarding breaks and meal periods
- Complete cast and concession certification program progression
- Understand training materials on topics such as sexual harassment and discrimination
