Job Requirements
- minimum of 1 year experience as a server in a table-service restaurant
- flexibility to work weekends, evenings and holidays
- valid alcohol certification
- ability to effectively communicate in English verbally and in writing
- elevated knowledge of wine and spirits
- highly developed interpersonal skills
- basic bookkeeping knowledge
- working knowledge of point-of-sale systems
- high level of stamina to work on feet for extended periods
- ability to lift up to 25 lbs
