Job Requirements
- Must meet state minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages
- at least 6 months of closely related serving experience
- experience in high volume or fast casual dining restaurant environment preferred
- ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic and outgoing manner
- ability to lift and/or move up to 20 lbs
- ability to walk, bend, twist, and stand for normal job functions
- ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and policy documents
- frequent immersion of hands in water and water diluted with chemical solutions
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Takes food and beverage orders
- places orders with the kitchen
- delivers food and beverages to guests
- checks back after delivery to ensure guest satisfaction
- observes guests to respond to additional needs
- maintains table appearance by pre-bussing and removing clutter
- presents check for payment and makes change
- follows HMSHost customer service, cash handling, and adult beverage policies
- keeps work station clean and well-organized
- sets up and takes down dining station as needed
