Job Requirements

  • Must meet state minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages
  • minimum 6 months closely related serving experience
  • able to lift and move up to 20 pounds
  • ability to stand, bend, twist, and walk for job functions
  • able to read, comprehend instructions and converse with customers
  • frequent immersion of hands in water and diluted chemical solutions

Job Qualifications

  • At least 6 months of serving experience
  • experience in high volume or fast casual dining preferred
  • ability to interact with guests and coworkers in a friendly and enthusiastic manner
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to follow company policies and procedures
  • physical ability to lift up to 20 pounds
  • capable of standing, walking, bending, and twisting during shift

Job Duties

  • Take food and beverage orders
  • enter orders quickly and in proper sequence
  • serve food and beverages to guests in assigned sections
  • coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and quality service
  • maintain table appearance including pre-bussing and removing clutter
  • present checks and handle payments
  • adhere to company customer service, adult beverage, and cash handling policies
  • keep station clean and properly set up and take down station tables
