Job Requirements
- Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- Capacity to stand for 8 to 12 hour shifts
- Ability to work well in a team environment with attention to detail and multitasking
- Willingness to comply with food safety and hygiene standards
Job Qualifications
- Ability to work as part of a team with attention to detail
- Capacity to multitask effectively
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Basic proficiency in using POS systems
- Strong communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
Job Duties
- Greet customers and welcome them with a smile when seated
- suggest drinks, appetizers, and desserts
- accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system
- collect and deliver food orders promptly
- ensure the customer is well attended to, offer drink refills, and clear unused items
- deliver and settle the bill timely, thank customers and invite them to return
- follow all food safety rules
