Job Requirements
- Meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- Capacity to stand for an 8 to 12 hour shift
- Ability to work as part of a team with attention to detail and multitasking skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus
Job Duties
- Welcome and greet customers with a smile when seated
- Suggest sale of drinks, appetizers, and desserts
- Accurately take food and drink orders and enter them correctly in the POS system
- Collect and deliver food orders in a timely manner
- Ensure customer satisfaction, offer refills, and remove unused items
- Deliver and settle bills promptly, thank customers and invite them to return
- Follow all food safety regulations
